This website is operated by Precision Vector Solutions, a trading name of Arvecta Consultancy W.L.L., registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Arvecta Consultancy W.L.L. is the data controller for personal information collected through this site.

What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, company name, email address, country, the buyer category you select, and the message you write. Our forms also record which page the enquiry came from, so we know what you were reading when you contacted us.
Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and time of visit. We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, sensitive personal information, payment card details, or confidential client data through the website.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information solely to respond to you, to assess whether we can help, and to carry out any work you subsequently engage us for. We use technical and analytics information to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing, and we do not add enquirers to a mailing list without asking.
Who else can see it
Personal information may be processed by the service providers that operate this website on our behalf – our website host, our email provider, and our website analytics provider. Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for as long as we are required to keep business records. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted once they are no longer relevant. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics platform in use.
