Pest Control Consulting Services for the GCC: PVS Advisory
Six services.
One outcome:
a programme that works.
Every service is delivered by PVS Advisory, our consulting arm, and built for GCC conditions: the climate, the regulations, the pest species, and the operational realities of the Gulf. Delivered in English or Arabic, remotely or on-site.
Built for three types of client.
Pest Control Companies
SOPs, training, chemical programme reviews, and scope of work for tenders. We give you the systems and documentation to win and keep contracts.
Facility Managers
Independent audits, HACCP compliance checks, KPI frameworks, and tender specification writing. Know exactly what your pest contractor is, and isn’t, doing.
Municipalities
Vector control programme design, public health pest management, contractor oversight frameworks, and staff training. Built for Gulf public health requirements.
Six ways we improve your operation.
01
Clear, practical standard operating procedures written for the Gulf: by pest type, environment, and treatment method. Formatted so a technician can follow them on day one and a manager can use them to pass any audit.
- Full SOP set by pest type: rodents, cockroaches, flies, mosquitoes, stored-product pests
- Site-specific versions for food processing, hospitality, residential, and industrial
- Chemical application, safety, and documentation standards included
- Delivered in English, Arabic, Bengali, Urdu or All: Word and PDF formats
Why SOPs fail in the GCC
Most are copied from European or US templates referencing pest species, climatic conditions, and regulatory standards that don’t apply here. Your team follows a document never designed for your reality.
What we write instead
Every SOP is written for GCC climate, species, and regulations. Aedes mosquitoes in summer. Rodent pressure in food warehouses at 45°C. Cockroach control under SFDA standards.
Turnaround and format
5–10 working days per SOP set. Editable Word templates your team can maintain. Structured for HACCP, ISO, and municipal audit requirements.
02
Technical Audits
A full inspection of your pest programme: what’s working, what’s failing, and exactly why. You get a written report with ranked priority fixes and a clear remediation plan.
- On-site or document-based audit options
- HACCP, municipal, and ISO compliance assessment
- Written report with priority action list
03
Scope of Work Design
The technical backbone of your pest control contracts. We define exactly what services are required, at what frequency, and to what standard, no ambiguity between you and your client or contractor.
- Full technical scope for PCO tenders and FM contracts
- KPI definitions, reporting requirements, and service standards
- GCC regulatory alignment included as standard
04
Team Training
Practical, hands-on training for supervisors and field technicians. Pest identification, treatment methods, chemical safety, and documentation, on-site or remote, in Arabic or English.
- Separate curricula for technicians and supervisors
- On-site across GCC or live remote sessions
- Training materials and certificates of completion
05
Vector Control Programs
Mosquito, fly, and rodent control programmes designed for GCC climate conditions, seasonal pest pressures, and municipal public health requirements. Built here from the ground up, not adapted from elsewhere.
- Species-specific design: Aedes, Culex, Musca, Rattus
- Seasonal scheduling and chemical rotation included
- Municipal tender and public health programme support
06
Retainer Consulting
Ongoing monthly technical support: your questions answered, problems solved, and programme reviewed regularly. The value of a senior specialist without the full-time hire.
- Monthly check-in call, same business day acknowledgment and a 48-hour technical response
- Reactive support for audit failures, incidents, and compliance gaps
- Monthly summary report included
Which services apply to you?
Most clients start with one or two services, then expand once they’ve seen the value. Technician certification is delivered separately through PVS Academy.

What clients usually ask.
Do you work with small pest control companies or only large ones?
Both. The entry point is flexible, a single SOP set or one audit is enough to start. You don’t need to be a large operation to benefit from proper systems.
Can you work with my existing pest contractor rather than replacing them?
Yes, most facility manager engagements work exactly this way. We audit and advise on their performance, and help you hold them to the right standard.
How long does an SOP set take to deliver?
5–10 working days per SOP set depending on complexity. Full programme documentation for a large operation takes 3–4 weeks.
Do you provide services outside Saudi Arabia and UAE?
Yes, all six GCC countries. Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. Remote services are available to any GCC client immediately.
Country pages: Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Qatar.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No minimum for project-based work. Retainer consulting is a 12-month engagement, billed monthly.
What if we need an on-site visit?
On-site visits are scheduled on request and quoted separately. Travel is arranged from Dammam. Most clients find remote work covers 80–90% of their needs.
