Hotel and hospitality pest control training
Hotels, resorts, stadiums, gyms, theme parks, open recreation facilities and parks. High footfall and public visibility call for proactive programmes that are low-disruption and sensitive to guests.
A standard track from PVS Academy, the training arm of Precision Vector Solutions, designed by Juan M Rodriguez, Board Certified Entomologist.
In hospitality, a single guest sighting can cost more than the whole service contract
Guests do not report a pest to the pest control company. They report it to the front desk, the review site and their friends. The work has to happen around occupancy, events and opening hours, out of sight, and before the complaint.
This track covers each setting in turn, from guest rooms and F&B outlets to resort grounds, stadiums, gyms, theme parks and open fields, including mosquito and midge control at water features and lagoons.
